Bolly-Fitness is a dance-fitness program inspired by Bollywood that combines dynamic choreographies with the most captivating music from Indian cinema.
Its 50-minute cardio workouts alternate between higher- and lower-intensity dance sequences to keep you moving, sweating, and smiling.

The main goal is to achieve a high calorie burn thanks to its variable intensity. In addition, the music and choreographies are designed to entertain and engage participants, helping them forget the physical effort while having fun.

Attire: dance-only sneakers, leggings, and a t-shirt. Bring water and a towel.
